Practices in Mindfulness, Meditation & Chanting
In this class, we’ll share about the benefits of mindfulness, meditation & chanting. Practices will be experienced. We’ll teach a way to quantify the difference in your vibration between before and after the practices. Utilizing practices like these to raise your vibration are more important today than ever. These will assist you in keeping out drama, being centered and focused, as well as discovering deep inner peace within yourself.
If you work with clients, these are great techniques to assist them or use with family and friends.
This is a one and 1/2 hour class.
