Rehoming a horse

EDIT: I had to repost this because earlier I posted it in the free stuff section which apparently isn't allowed. I have never done a free to good home post on CL. I am just trying to help a friend. Apparently I have to have a small rehoming fee otherwise it will be removed because of PETA complaining to CL. When the hell did it become so hard to help people? A good friend of mine has passed away from COVID, and I am trying to find a home for her beloved horse. I do not know anything about horses and I do not have a property that would provide her with the ability to roam and graze. I have been told that she (Fancy) is a blood bay quarter horse. I know she is just shy of 12 years old as well. We are currently making funeral arrangements for my friend, so I may be slow to answer messages. Please no calls after 10:00 PM. A mutual friend has a trailer, and has agreed to transport Fancy up to 100 miles. Please be prepared to show proof that you are experienced with horses and can provide a good life for this beautiful girl. $25 "rehoming fee" to keep the internet warriors happy. Ask for Damien
