WEST HAVEN, CT — Police are advising residents of a road closure that will be in effect Thursday in West Haven. Beginning at 3 p.m., Savin Avenue between Main Street and Church Street will be closed for several hours, according to police. "Officers on scene will open the roadways when pedestrian/vehicular traffic allows," police wrote in a post on Facebook.
