Let us try to help Shape your future in Property Management! We are in search of a Porter/Groundskeeper & Apartment Maintenance Technicians for multiple apartment communities. Porter/Groundskeeper Job Duties: • Pick up trash & debris from grounds • Water plants • Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up. • Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc. • Check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary • Replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters • Familiar with painting (by roller and spray gun). • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment • Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus! Job Qualifications: • Previous cleaning/housekeeping/janitorial experience a plus • A valid driver's license may be required • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Must pass background check & drug screening Pay Range $18.00 - $20.00 DOE plus Benefits Apply Now Work Tomorrow!
