Press release from the Fox Cities Chamber: September 22, 2021 The goal of the Employee Friendly Workplace Initiative, an official Chamber program, is to create supportive work environments in the Fox Cities that improve employee engagement and encourage employee loyalty. A region-wide dedication to these policies, practices, and principles helps distinguish the Fox Cities as an outstanding place to live, work, and play – a key component of the Chamber's talent attraction and retention objectives. Platinum certification is the highest level given through the Employee Friendly Workplace Initiative. Platinum-certified employers set the bar for an Employee Friendly Workplace in the Fox Cities. They offer highly sought-after benefits, flexible policies, and an environment that supports work/life integration and fosters an exceptional employee experience.
