LONG BEACH, NY — A man was taken into custody for multiple driving violations, police said. Josue Francois, 32, of Queens, was arrested on Sept. 21 on charges that include operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, no insurance and driving through a red light, police said. It was part of the latest arrest report from the Long Beach Police Department for the week ending Sept. 22. Hannah Barroso, 24, of Lynbrook, was charged with driving with a blood-alcohol level .08% of 1% on Sept. 18. police said. It happened at Lindell Boulevard and West Beech Street. Jonah Gresge, 25 of Atlantic Beach, was taken into custody on Sept. 13 for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, police said. On Sept. 14, Russell Moskowitz, 54, faced charges of reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction and roller skating on the boardwalk, detectives said. On Sept. 15, Joseph Chensky, 42, was charged with grand larceny, two Long Beach City Court bench warrants and criminal possession of stolen property, according to police.
