I spent almost a 1/2 year in the Central Valley and have family there which I’ve visited maybe 6 times so I’m familiar with the state.
For fun I was looking at homes for sale in Turlock on realtor.com and…OMG. There are so MANY homes for sale the city’s shape is essentially covered with the little price boxes. I’m wondering if that is normal or has anything to do with the flight from the state.
