The county will be hosting a public presentation to review comments received.   Snohomish County implemented one comment, related to bioretention plant requirements, in the 2021 Drainage Manual. Implementation of 34 comments would require Washington State Department of Ecology approval, which can't be obtained before Ecology issued further regulatory revisions in 2024. However, implementation of the remaining 10 comments would not require Ecology approval, and the county has given more consideration to these.     Join the Snohomish County Executive Office and county staff at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 9 for a Virtual Public Presentation to learn more about the public comments and the county's responses to them.                   Virtual Public Briefing When: Thursday, September 9 at 6:30 p.m. (presentation to begin at 6:35 p.m.) Zoom Webinar: The public can listen to the presentation remotely by clicking on the link or calling into the meeting with the phone number listed below.
