NEW LONDON, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Jamir Muller, 16, who has been missing from New London since Wednesday, Sept. 22. Muller is an endangered runaway, according to Connecticut State Police. Muller is described by police as a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 6-feet, 1-inch tall and weighs 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, gray jeans and black Jordans. A photo wasn't provided.
