We are a home building general contractor that is in need of a qualified siding subcontractor to side a new in the Waterford, WI area. Subcontractor must be well experienced in new home siding, including all exterior wood trim, aluminum soffit and fascia, and vinyl siding installation. Subcontractor must carry appropriate insurances. We want to emphasize that the exterior wood trim experience is VERY important. We find many siders whom can do well with siding, but not many whom are really good at wood trim application. We are looking for a subcontractor only, this is not an offer for individual employment.
