Press release from The Woodlands Township: September 22, 2021 THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (September 22, 2021) – Volunteers are needed to fill vacant positions on The Woodlands Residential Design Review Committees (RDRC) for the Villages of Indian Springs TWA (West of Falconwing Drive), College Park, Sterling Ridge, Alden Bridge, Cochran's Crossing and Indian Springs WCA (East of Falconwing).  Volunteers must own property and reside in their respective village in order to serve on the committee. The Residential Design Review Committee is a design and review group within The Woodlands. Committee members represent the resident viewpoint essential to the evaluation and approval process that protects the integrity of neighborhoods and the natural beauty of The Woodlands and The Residential Development Standards. Here are the meeting dates and times for any resident property owners who are interested in applying: Those interested may obtain an application online at www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/covenants, in the Residential Design Review Committees section. Completed applications must be dropped off at The Woodlands Township Town Hall or be mailed to The Woodlands Township at 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard, The Woodlands, TX 77381, and be received (not post marked) no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, October 1, 2021.
