It is so obvious that President Biden is not running the country. He's not "allowed" to take questions. Always reads from a teleprompter or prepared script. He's rush out of D.C. early on Friday. Has very few meetings. Forgets events that have occurred and some he does remember, never even happened because he just made them up. No wonder his handlers keep him out of public view and away from microphones. So asking, who is running the country? seems like a pretty reasonable question.
