"We are an eternal rehearsal band looking for new musicians." There's a reason why you're an eternal rehearsal band. I've included it below. You have insanely unrealistic expectations for a band that doesn't even gig, or pay. You come across as a massive a**hole who has never gotten laid in your life. "You will comply with the following," "no open discussion," "you must be absolutely committed to this band and this band only," "send us an email for further instructions." WTF? The post: "Looking for a drummer, guitar player, bass, and vocalist. Rehearsals twice a week at a studio. Show up on time or don't show at all. You will comply to the following: No amateurs (pros only) No drugs or alcohol No bullshit No drama No open discussion. Don't like it? Get lost! No excessive pedalboards or effects No smoking No vape No excuses Team player is an absolute must. Please don't ask questions. We'll tell you what to do. We have a diverse setlist of covers we will tell you to play to start off. Once we have you trained, we will proceed to write songs you will play. You will be responsible for your own gear, transportation, rehearsal space, and all other costs. We take no responsibility for the band, for you, or any gear. You must be absolutely committed to this band and this band only. You will also be flexible and be able to rehearse anytime, anywhere. Drama here is highly prohibited and violators will be punished accordingly. Violations range from a write-up to termination. Influences include music from the 70's-today.
