Responsibilities include:
Painting
Plumbing (must have experience)
Electrical (must have experience)
Carpentry
General repairs
Daily cleaning and upkeep of property grounds and facilities
Complete Maintenance Request Forms
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadline
Timely unit turns between residents including painting, cleaning and repairing
Good communication skills
Rotating On Call phone
HVAC Installer:
Must be EPA Certified
Must have 1-2 years experience in installing and/or repairing A/C units, heaters
Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, coils, and compressors
Understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation
Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices
Ability to test and balance systems
Perform preventative maintenance on H.V.A.C systems to increase longevity
Must haves:
- Positive attitude with a smile
- A focus on details
- Reliability while always being prompt and accessible
- Ability to multi-task and stay on task when unsupervised
- Prior knowledge of the tools, equipment, materials, and application techniques
