Maintenance Technician Full-time Residential apartment maintenance person needed who has general apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, and knowledge of safety procedures. Must have a Driver's license with a dependable vehicle. Minimum high school graduate. Must be literate with a minimum of 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
