Painter needed to paint exterior of rental properties near five points

Looking for a painter to repaint exterior of rental properties in downtown Columbia. First house is a wood, one story, 1800 sf and will be repainted with same existing colors. House has been pressure washed but will need to be spot sanded and repainted same colors. House is ready now and work can begin asap. Please respond with a ballpark price and if we are close on price I can meet you at the job to give me a firm bid. I will provide paint, caulk, etc so your bid will be labor only. I may consider hourly pay if you prefer. Thanks
