Field Service Technician If you're interested in this job, TEXT ABBY AT 843-408-5179. GENERAL SUMMARY: Service customers by installing and servicing accessibility products and equipment. CORE FUNCTIONS: Travel to customer locations and provide installation, service, repair and/or instruction of use for accessibility products and equipment. DETAILS OF FUNCTION: Installation of ramps, vertical platform lifts, stairlifts, auto lifts, elevators, and other related products. Transport products in a company vehicle in a safe and courtesy manner, adhering to all traffic laws. Contacts customers through the phone and in person to provide technical service support. Maintains warehouse inventory in an organized and efficient manner. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Coordinates daily work efforts with all aspects of the organization. Utilizes smartphone or tablet to record customer interactions, upload pictures and other related paperwork, set and review scheduled appointments on 101 Mobility’s proprietary operating system. REPORTING: Reports directly to Caeden Zlata – General Manager QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to lift 100 pounds and work in all weather conditions. Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and pass a drug screening. Must possess mechanical and electrical skills to install and service products. Must have extensive tool knowledge and understand how to use a voltmeter. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers. Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $17/hr. EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED TO OFFER A HIGHER PAY RATE with commission, profit sharing and company vehicle Experience: PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED Location: Charleston SC.
