Working within a team environment throughout our buildings and on different floor levels. We offer competitive pay and opportunity for advancement. Responsibilities: The key responsibilities for this position may include (but are not limited to): Thoroughly dusting, cleaning, sanitizing all hard surfaces in restrooms, classrooms, offices, cafeteria, elevators and elevator lobbies, game area as well as basketball court and other spaces Checking and restocking restroom supplies (tissue, paper towels, soap) in all dispensers Trash and recycling collecting in restroom, office, meeting rooms, hallways, breakrooms and cafeteria carrying garbage to outside dumpsters; washing garbage cans as needed Vacuuming, sweeping, dust mopping, mopping, and polishing floors Cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting areas after a spill or accident (including bodily fluids) Keeping all janitorial and cleaning supplies organized, stocked, and stored safely in the assigned locations Qualifications: 2 year of commercial cleaning experience Be dependable and able to communicate with customer and supervisor Must be able to work with all types of cleaning chemicals Must be able to walk, bend, stoop and lift to 30 pounds. Must be able to speak English Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work in the united states
