Leading landscape company in Columbia,SC is seeking a Flower Color Leader/Installer. Spend your day outdoors, cultivating beautiful flower beds. As a member of our Horticultural team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently producing quality landscape service that meets or exceeds the standards of clients and management. Help Design and Install flower beds for our commercial clients. Flower Installation. Prep soil uniformly for flower installation. Install annual plants properly considering depth, size, placement and spacing. Preform maintenance on flower beds. Hand pull weeds. Groom annual flowers, remove expired blooms and shape plants. Remove dead plants and install replacement plants. Skills we are looking for: ENJOY THE OUTDOORS, Valid DL, Will train the right person, Must be able to operate various lawn care equipment including tillers, edgers, back blower, Ect., Bend and knell up to 8 hours a day, Lift and carry up to a 50lb bag, Eye for design of flowers and doesn't mind digging in the dirt.
