Z Pool Designs is one of the leading swimming pool builders in the Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay area. We specialize in high quality, custom pools and spas. We have an immediate opening for a construction laborer. This person will quickly learn the many facets of pool building including excavation, plumbing, electrical, masonry, etc. While having experience in construction and pools specifically would be good, if you know which end of the shovel to hold onto and are willing to listen and learn, follow instructions and put in an honest effort, we'll teach you the rest. This would be a great job for someone wanting to enter the construction field. One of the best attributes a candidate can have is being a problem solver. We want people who want to figure out a solution rather than waiting to be told what to do next. We do require that you are reliable. Mistakes are one thing, not showing up is another. We offer a competitive wage, paid medical insurance, paid holidays and vacation. The wage will go up as new skills are learned and developed. The pay range starts at $18 per hour, higher with greater skills. Also, if you have a truck, we will provide additional hourly pay plus mileage when using it.
