2 Men Charged In Route 59 Street Racing: Plainfield Blotter

PLAINFIELD, IL — Here are the arrests reported by Plainfield police from Sept. 10 through Sept. 21. September 10 Donovin A. Milam-Reyes, 22, of the 14800 block of South Bartlett Avenue in Plainfield, was arrested near the intersection of South Meadow Lane and West Willow Drive. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more. September 15 Owen Clark Jr., 47, of the 23400 block of West Link Lane in Plainfield, was arrested at his home address and charged with criminal damage to property. September 18 Marcus L. Bebar, 18, of Book Road in Naperville, was arrested near the intersection of Route 59 and Hazelcrest Drive and charged with reckless driving and street racing. Jose Patino Jr., 23, of the 400 block of Summit Street in Joliet, was arrested near the intersection of Route 59 and Hazelcrest Drive and charged with reckless driving and street racing. September 21 Marc J. Wayne, 48, of the 8100 block of Route 53 in Woodridge, was arrested near the intersection of Route 30 and Frontage Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
