Giuliana Imports is a Wine Import Company based in Denver, Colorado. We focus on small production wineries that are dedicated to the quality of their craft. We are looking for a Warehouse Lead that will be vital to the overall success of our business and daily operations. You must possess a positive attitude, be detail oriented and a hard worker! Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain Inventory: Warehouse lead will organize and maintain inventory and stock control. They will ensure that the storage areas and warehouse is kept clean and tidy, which includes identifying areas where processes could be improved and work practices amended. Monitor Shipments: Warehouse lead will be responsible for monitoring shipments and deliveries, which are maintained via an items record and documents. Warehouse lead will utilize reports to maintain their knowledge of the warehouse project statuses. Communicate with Customers and Clients: If there are any issues with a delivery, warehouse leads will communicate with them to resolve the problem and ensure that the orders are fulfilled. Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 3+ years in warehouse experience, preferably warehouse lead position Proficient knowledge of warehouse operations, inbound and outbound Problem-solving skills and leadership focused Positive attitude approach Forklift Certification preferred Overall understanding of warehouse safety procedures
