Alt/prog-punk/rock band looking for second guitarist

A Little Off is looking to replace our 2nd guitarist that’s moving in January. We have a rehearsal space at Soundstructure (3131 Walnut St) with 24 hour access, very secure. We practice Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6-8:30pm. We gig roughly once a month. We have an EP we released last year, and are working on our first full-length. We need someone who - - Can play in odd time signatures - Can play to a click (we play with in ears to a metronome and backing tracks) - Has diverse tastes in music - Has their own gear and transportation - Can contribute monetarily for rent, merch, recording, etc. - Is able to do at least small tours (2 weeks or so) - Doesn’t have substance abuse issues - Is at least somewhat easy to get along with. We are all good friends in this band and enjoy the comfort and ease with which it operates, and certainly wish to maintain that. We’re all very good at voicing opinions and grievances without it turning into a fight. - Won’t take issue with playing the current songs the way they’re already written. There is plenty of room for creativity in this project, but some of the material is set in stone.
