Primary Responsibilities:
· Manage Grading and Utility projects from start to finish.
· Pre-Construction planning & organizing including but not limited to scheduling, documentation, contract management, subcontract agreements, software setup & management, managing submittal packages, and holding pre-construction meetings both internally and externally.
· Diligently maintains change order requests and ensures billing is done on time.
· Accurately track and report production rates, project profitability, and project costs.
· Manage the project software by keeping information up to date and accurate.
· Turning all problems into opportunities.
· Resolving project roadblocks as soon as possible if not sooner.
· Communicating with clients is paramount.
