Ports-O Call Drive, Palatine, is accused of no valid driver's license, no tail lights, and having an active warrant out of Cook County for failure to appear for domestic battery, and was arrested at 12:09 a.m. Sept. 16, near Milwaukee Avenue and Deerfield Road. He will appear in court on Oct. 6 for the first two charges and was taken to Lake County Jail pending transfer to Cook County for the domestic battery charge. DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE Vitalli Yednakovskyi, 25, of the 2600 block of Pirates Cove, Schaumburg, is accused of speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 3:23 a.m. Sept. 18, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of Oct. 20. Diana P. Maldonado-German, 29, of the 8200 block of Dempster Street, Niles, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, and was arrested at 3:20 a.m. Sept. 19, near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. She was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of Oct. 20. Kendall R. Smith, 31, of Harker Heights, Texas, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested at 4:23 a.m. Sept. 11, near Lake Cook Road and Discover Way. He was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of Oct. 13. Kabriyah T. Roman, 24, of the 300 block of N. Riverwalk Drive, Buffalo Grove, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 12:57 a.m. Sept. 12, near Riverwalk Drive and N. Riverwalk Drive. She was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of Oct. 13. Jigar B. Patel, 24, of the 1800 block of Pine Court, Des Plaines, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 12:29 a.m. Sept. 3, near Milwaukee Avenue and Chicory Lane. He was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of Oct. 13.
