Someone needed to occasionally photograph tenant occupied and vacant on lock-box properties. All row-houses, complete photos of exterior and interiors. 35.00 per property. Currently occasional work, but could be much more expansive. Ideally, you have some photos of properties, maybe ones offered for sale/rent, that you can send as examples of prior work -- this is not necessary. Locations around 21216, Baltimore City. Let us know your phone model or camera model and confirm that you have reliable transportation. Photos will need to be sent by email. Taking multiple photos (to allow us to select the best) works fine, we are fine disregarding the images that are not as desirable and only concentrating on the best of the shoot. Work needs to be completed during business hours in order to get the best lighting situations. Interior shots need to be shot with a good flash on your camera or phone. If you are only available on weekends, please let us know in advance.
