ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Professionally represent Affordable Golf Cars while driving the company truck and trailer to pick up and delivery golf cars and parts, to customers homes, businesses, wholesalers and vendors * Customers service, such as receiving payments and explaining invoices when delivering golf cars, thoroughly explaining how to operate a golf car, calling customers before delivery, etc. * Work closely with coworkers to adhere to delivery schedule and invoice/payment process. * Document delivery and payment information, communicate with coworkers to ensure all work is completed. Document the condition of rental golf cars and trade ins. * Clean golf cars, as needed. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: * Operation of the following: golf car, pressure washer, air impact, hand held tools, tire jack, GPS system, scheduling phone app * Ability to push a non-running golf car onto a trailer and into the service department * Ability to lift 80 pounds repeatedly (batteries, chargers, etc.) to unload the battery truck and install/uninstall batteries * Possess a driver’s license and clean driving record; knowledge of Sarasota, Charlotte and Manatee counties is a plus * Experience in safely driving a truck while pulling a trailer * Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to problem solve with minimal supervision * Must have customer service experience and the ability to communicate professionally with a wide variety of customers and staff ** We are a drug-free workplace.
