ROSWELL, GA — Roswell has begun construction on its West Alley Boutique Hotel project. The hotel will be part of the West Alley project, which will be a mixed-use development in Roswell's Historic District, featuring a 125-room boutique hotel, retail stores, restaurant, office space, parking, and an outdoor, walkable green space, among other amenities. True North Partners, the development company behind West Alley, have presented the city with a project that will improve and enhance the historic downtown for residents and visitors for years to come, Mayor Lori Henry said. The project will provide much-needed additional parking, green space, and pedestrian connectivity for the community and will have an overall positive impact on economic development, Henry said. "I am looking forward to working with True North Partners to make this exceptional vision an exceptional reality," she said.
