Needing Expert Resume Help

Hi. I think I need some expert help with my resume. I have quality skills and experience but don't seem to be making the short list anywhere I apply. I have held two jobs, each for over 12 years...so navigating the job market isn't something I'm used to doing. I'm getting horribly depressed and have not been able to address that, but have trying very hard t keep my chin up. Please, if you are able to help me get my resume revamped and noticed, I would be so grateful.
