Mandatory: at least 2 references of your work and pictures of your work. If not included, we will not entertain the offer. We are looking to replace our existing handyman for 8 rental properties (29 doors total). We need someone that can showcase a history of quality work and quality handyman services for rental properties. You will need to be punctual, on time, and have good quality finish work. Duties: All non specialist services (a/c, foundation, roof, etc.). Someone who can deal with day to day issues like: leaky faucet, broken door handle, wood rot, sheetrock, shaky toilet, leaking shower head, etc. Ideally someone insured. 1099 at year end required. We are looking to hire immediately. Please also send your hourly rate.
