Our elope location in Colorado Springs is looking for someone with machine operating experience to join our fun work atmosphere. Not just any applicant will do though. No. We need warriors in our warehouse! Material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, turn trucks, order pickers and other fun toys shall await you – that is, if you can handle the speed, the sheer volume of inventory and the Flaming Test of Fire! Responsibilities · Operate a variety of equipment and maintain warehouse inventory · Complete special projects as assigned · Perform warehouse related processes · Maintain a clean and organized warehouse · Practice safe work habits · Have a full understanding of how inventory is handled from arrival to departure · Other duties as assigned Requirements · Experience operating material handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, turret truck, order picker) · Experience setting and meeting goals · Ability to work well under pressure · Ability to work both independently and in group settings without direct supervision · Self-motivated and open to rapid change in priorities and procedures · Possess superior problem-solving skills · Possess good verbal and written communication skills · Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 100 pounds without assistance · Able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping · Able to stand on your feet for the duration of a shift · Maintain punctual, regular and consistent attendance · 18 years of age or over (to train on equipment)
