We are a security ironworks company looking for a full-time ironwork installer to join our team. PAY- DOE!!! **This is NOT a welding position **This position starts at $15.00/hr **Will train the right person Install and repair our security and ornamental products, other duties may include work truck basic maintenance, assist other installation or fabrication teams as needed. Update status on each individual job to Production Manager on a daily basis. Required Skills Clean driving record with current, valid NM driver’s license, and able to meet company insurance requirements Mechanically inclined with a demonstrated ability to understand and work with common power tools Excellent communication skills– in person, telephone, and written skills Positive attitude with superior customer service skills Safety minded Punctual Able to troubleshoot problems Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to use digital calendars and time clocks from your mobile phone Respectful, good demeanor, professionalism, organized, accountable is a must Must have basic math skills Must be neat and clean in appearance, professional Follow both written and verbal direction, the ability to read AutoCAD plans Operate practical skills for using hand and power tools Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds and carry for a distance of up to 50 feet Must be able to climb and work from a ladder height of 12 feet Upon hire, there is a 60-day probation period. At the completion of this probation period, the employee is eligible for health insurance benefits. PTO is available after 1 year. Trial compensation for the probation period will be re-evaluated at the 60-day mark.
