Construction Subs Wanted

We are property flippers with renovation projects in Ventura, Santa Barbara and SLO County. We're always looking to expand our network of good subs for light construction in various fields including; plumbing, electrical, carpentry, concrete, landscape/yard, general handywork, painting, flooring, etc. If you have a background in construction, own a business or are just looking for side work, please email me a little about your background (number of years in construction business), type of work you do, where you live/are based out of, where you are willing to travel to and an hourly rate (if you have one). We have a minor project coming up in Nipomo and may need some flooring and carpentry work in October. Otherwise, we keep a subs list and contact the best people for each project.
