This position requires you to use your own vehicle for travel. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while driving customer loyalty and quality interactions through servicing, programming, configuring, troubleshooting, and converting existing security and site automation solutions including, but not limited to security, fire and monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control. - Hands-on experience with installation, repair, troubleshooting or setting up devices (security cameras, alarm systems, etc.) - 2+ years of experience with low voltage, cabling, 3G, IT, installation, or applicable industry experience - Current valid State Driver's License and Vehicle - Excellent customer service and communication skills
