JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintenance Technician duties include basic mechanical maintenance, janitorial, and grounds care. MAJOR DUTIES • Assist or complete work orders and maintains property grounds/common areas. • Assists with preparation of vacated apartments for re-rental in designated time frame. • Basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, door repair & minor appliance repair. • Assists in keeping maintenance rooms clean & organized. • Other duties that may be assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor as necessary. • Professional and courteous interactions with tenants, vendors and staff • Completing tasks efficiently. Can expect a balance between long-term projects and spur of the moment repairs. • Right candidate should be comfortable working alone or as a team and feel comfortable seeking assistance when neccessary.
