Building originals band for gigs and recordings

Musicians interested in practicing and arranging my original songs. I have written the lyrics, chords and melodies. Looking for musicians who can bring creativity and musical ideas to help shape the songs. Looking to create something that stands out musically. Music style is roots / Americana / Indie (combination of folksy, rocky and bluesy). Would like to practice at least once per week, seacoast NH. I do not have space to practice. Would be willing to rent space at my expense. Phase 1 would be to arrange and practice the songs Phase 2 would be to start gigging in public Phase 3 would be to record the first of what I hope may be several albums Need drummer, second guitar, bass, perhaps keyboards. I play guitar, will do much of the singing, but interested in a co- or backup singer, probably female
