Need furniture moving help on Tuesday 9/28

I am moving from my first floor apartment on Madison's west side (near Mineral Point Rd and Whitney Way) to a townhouse-style condo 15 miles away, in Oregon, WI. I would like to move my furniture on Tuesday morning, September 28. I'm renting a U-Haul truck and only need one reasonably strong person to help me load the truck in Madison and unload in Oregon. The truck will be able to be backed up fairly close to the doors of the apartment and condo. I will have only about 15 large items to move (4 dressers, one couch, one china cabinet, a kitchen table, a queen mattress, a table saw, and possibly a twin mattress and boxspring, a glass coffee table, and few large plastic shelving units). There might also be several boxes, although I am hoping to have all boxes (and all of my smaller items) moved before Tuesday. I think it will take about an hour or so to load the truck and an hour or less to unload, plus the 25 minute drive from the apartment to the condo. I will pay $20 per hour, with a guaranty of at least $60 if the move takes less than 3 hours. I strongly prefer my helper to be fully vaccinated for Covid (as I am), and a mask will be required when inside both the apartment and condo.
