JOB TITLE: Dental Technician Assistant JOB SUMMARY: As a Dental Lab Technician Assistant with a growing laboratory you will be focused on job duties that assist technicians and allow them to focus on creating quality products. These tasks are vital to helping the lab successfully move cases. True Function is planning for tremendous growth and their are many opportunities for the right person. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Cleaning/washing models, steam cleaning models, breaking up articulators, receiving and disinfecting cases, assisting with scanning cases, and other duties as assigned. Follow all safety rules and regulations. Help where needed as directed by supervisor. Perform inventory weekly using supplied worksheets and reporting what needs to be purchased to the purchasing department. Ensuring proper preventative maintenance of equipment and updating documentation. Other duties as assigned MINIMUM DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: H.S. Diploma or equivalent Experience in detail orientated job responsibilities No previous lab experience required, but knowledge of dental/orthodontic appliances, human mouth anatomy and the way/dental/orthodontic offices work is a plus.
