Most important is that you are friendly, compassionate, a people and pet person, hard working, and willing to learn. Pay starts at $12.00 for training. After training employees move to 35-40% commission which can be as much as $22.00 an hour. This position is perfect for someone who: Enjoys being rewarded with bonuses for their hard work Willing to complete a one month pre-employment trial period where you will be paid $12.00 hr for online and field training Has a positive attitude!!! Cleaning experience is NOT necessary - we will train the right candidate. The current position we are looking to fill will take care of our residential clients. Team members must be local to Cherokee County GA and have: A valid drivers license Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance The ability to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including but not limited to: standing up to 8 hours, walking up and down stairs, bending, kneeling, and lifting 25 pounds A smart phone with a data plan & texting/calling capabilities Team members will be supplied with all cleaning tools/supplies necessary for each job.
