Swingshift Pay:$20/hr Schedule: 3:30pm-2:00am Monday - Thursday with required Fridays depending on work load. employment type: full-time We are installing all new equipment in our new facility and that means we need to get positions filled ASAP. We are looking for highly motivated individuals looking for a long term career. We are now training for several positions for our new production facility. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: -Previous construction experience preferred but not required -Knowledge of and ability to use a variety of hand and power tools -Must have reliable transportation and able to work all scheduled shifts -Must be able to work all scheduled overtime as needed ***Production*** Job duties include but are not limited to: -placing pre-cut lumber into Table Jig -Connecting Joints by hammering metal connection plates -Reading blue prints -Stacking building materials and finished product ***Forklift Operations*** Job duties include but are not limited to: -Lumber picking for saws -Loading/unloading lumber trucks -Organizing lumber stock -Assist production when needed ***Physical Requirement*** -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on frequent bases -Ability to walk around for frequent periods of time -Requires repetitive bending, lifting, pushing and climbing -Must wear personal protective equipment Great benefits including: -Medical -Dental -Vision -401-K with company match. -Flex medical spending plan -Life insurance -Paid time off after first year -6 Paid holidays a year after first 90 days -Company BBQ's and outing •Principals only.
