This Saturday 10am 🌝"Circle In The Square" Meditation & Sound Bath hosted by Bob I. A gathering of like hearted individuals to meditate and support each other in practice, while enjoying a beautiful morning in the park. Each meeting will include a guided 20 minute meditation, followed by a short discussion and Sound Bath. What to Bring: An open Heart and Mind, Yoga Mat, Blanket or Chair, Water Bottle, Journal & Pen Feel Free to Bring Crystals, Cards, or any personal Items that you feel called to have with you.
