Looking for lead guitarist for stoner doom/sludge metal band

Looking for lead guitarist for stoner doom/sludge metal band Hi there, I'm a rhythm guitarist and songwriter putting together a doom/sludge band here in San Diego. We have a bassist, drummer, and key player at the moment and I'm looking for an experienced, creative, and like-minded lead guitar player to round out the band. The lead guitarist should be comfortable writing/improvising solos as well as playing rhythm guitar (at both ends of the sludge spectrum). The goals for this band are to gig locally, regionally, and potentially tour as well as to professionally record our music. All of the band members so far are located in or near North Park so proximity is a plus, as well as familiarity with the local metal scene. At the moment, we're rehearsing on Tuesday evenings so ideally, the lead guitarist would be able to accommodate that schedule - but we are open to discussion. Influences for this band include Yob, High On Fire, Electric Wizard, Rwake, Sleep, Beastwars, Bison, REZN, Sunnata, Cough, Acid King, Weedeater, Warning, Bongripper, Windhand and plenty more. Someone who is familiar with many these bands/musical styles is strongly preferred. I’ve written a fair amount of material for this project and am looking for a guitarist who would be comfortable both learning, refining, editing, and helping to craft a cohesive sound around this material as well as writing/contributing new material. Must have your own gear and must be vaccinated. Personality-wise, we are looking for someone who is good-natured, reliable, has good communication skills, and can dedicate a reasonable amount of time to the band (I have a full-time job and am balancing a couple of bands at the moment so nothing too time intensive but enough to make steady progress without too many interruptions). I’d love to be ready to gig within six or so months of getting a full band together.
