Position Overview The Entry-Level Auto Technician / Mechanic is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to automotive services and repairs. This position works closely with seasoned technicians and the Shop Forman. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. Who would I interact with? This position interacts daily with the Shop Forman, Technicians, Service Advisors, and Service Managers, just to name a few. What are the day-to-day responsibilities? Perform quick lube duties on maintenance and repairs Performance maintenance on vehicles, as assigned Perform test drives State inspection and emissions licenses can be provided by Team Rahal! Give other team members a helping hand with their duties, as needed What are the requirements for this job? Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment Minimal technician experience or recent tech school graduated Experience with inspections & emissions, oil changes, general tire services, and familiarity with automotive services preferred, but not all are required Must be able to obtain State Inspection and Emissions licenses Must be able to work in a team environment Successfully pass a pre-employment background and driving record check Apply Today!
