The Custodian is responsible for the cleaning our of dealership and maintains the overall appearance. What are the day-to-day responsibilities? • Cleaning the service and client areas. • Mops and cleans service waiting area, offices technicians' locker room and lunch room, halls, and shop restrooms. • Sweeps service department floors, showroom, halls, and vending areas. • Maintains hot beverage areas by cleaning counter surfaces. • Cleans bathrooms and restocks paper supplies, as needed. • Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside. • Removes all debris from lot. • Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection. • Performs other custodial or maintenance duties, as assigned. What are the requirements for this job? • Must be able to read, write, and follow procedures and protocol • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Apply Today!
