Description
I've mostly got the hard rock thing out of my system, and I'm ready to try something a little different. I've written many good melodic songs that I've never had the chance to play with a band, because of the emphasis on rockin.' But I'm a big fan of a lot of the singer/songwriters and soft rock that came out in the 70's ( the 60's too, and a few from other decades ).
I was in a band called The Roving Eyes for two and a half years, and you can hears some good examples of my more mellow songs on there- "I'm Out of Time," Hey Bartender," and "Down the Stream."

So, I'd like to find a very laid back drummer, a melodic bass player ( but not too busy ), and another guitarist or keyboardist. There's a woman who plays the mandolin that might join us some of the time, on some songs ( we played a gig together at the Produce Row Cafe in August as the Seadogs ).
I'm open to other instruments too ( but not the Didgeridoo ). If you have some good originals, I'm open to playing some of those also.
Let me know about your experience level, and some of your favorite musicians or bands. Any links you have are appreciated.
