We have an opening for a Part time Handyman for our Student Rental Business. Duties include, but are not limited to: Repair and paint rental homes, including doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and other parts of a house. Minor electrical repairs. Minor Appliance repair and installation. General Home Maintenance. Cleaning as needed - including carpets. Snow Removal. Landscaping, debris removal, leaf clean up. Minor heating and AC maintenance, Light pilot lights, replace thermostats, etc. Tenant lock outs, emergency off hour calls as needed. This person will need their own transportation, and the ability to take directions and work independently. Good Communication skills and follow up are a requirement.
