Gearing up for the fifth season of Cranberry Jam, a monthly-ish get-together of musicians and bands on the Upper Cape/Lower Plymouth County. The first jam of the season will be Sunday, Oct. 10, 3 pm at Stone Path Malt in Wareham. I've met a lot of great musicians through this project. Some have joined bands I manage, others have spun off into their own bands. This is by invitation rather than an open jam. I'm looking for solo musicians seeking play with or who want to meet other musicians. For Oct. 10, I'd love to bring in a band looking to play out. No one gets paid (not even me), so we do it for funsies, but you get to play through a great PA with a sound guy (me).
