The building we help maintain recently went through a major renovation. Built in the 1927 our 3 story building and Rooftop spaces require extra care and an attention to detail. This is a great entry level position into Hospitality and Building Engineering. Looking for a part time candidate. Pay is DOE up to $18 per hour. Basic carpentry skills such as painting, framing, sink and toilet repair, trouble shooting, etc. Daily duties include but not limited to room repairs, paint, pressure washing, HVAC filters, windows, plants, recycling, assembling fixtures, general labor, general carpentry, and general janitorial. Some training is provided but we are looking for someone with a basic skill set to start. Please apply through our portal at:
