Shepherd Excavating, a 48-year old residential excavating, poured wall, and grading contractor located in Central Ohio has multiple employment opportunities available for dependable hard-working individuals! •Wall Laborers/Form Setters (must be able to lift 50-100 lbs., walk/stand on uneven terrain). •Footer Foreman (must be able to lift 25-50 lbs., walk/stand on uneven terrain, read blueprints, layout the footer, and direct a 3-to-4-person crew). •Heavy Equipment Operators (dozer, excavators; must have CDL-Class A to haul equipment to job site). These positions require: •Foreman and Operator positions must be able to read blueprints and understand soil types. •Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (CDL required for Operator positions) •Basic hand tools and work boots. •Reliable attendance a must! Work starts at 7:15 am, Monday through Friday •Must be 18+ years old.
