Building Wall Bump out

I have a project that I want to bump out a wall at my church. This will be the first part of the 4 part project. So I will need the selected company to be able to do construction, plumbing, and electrical work. If you are not able to do the entire job although, I am wanting to start with the bump-out first, Please move on. Attached is a small scratch of the bump-out I am wanting. Please text me before calling with your name as I don't answer unknown numbers. This is just a generic sketch and the dotted lines is how I would like the new walls to go too.
